This App Predictor set range of stock price of a company from bottom to top for a future year by Maximum PER and Minimum PER of a past year.
You just need to put in 2 or 3 EPS for each year. The EPS of previous year is announced, so you can put in it. However, the EPS of this year or next year is only estimated by many securities, so I recommend you to use consensus.
You can at least use the data as a reference though the result of this app cant be absolute.
